DV-IMPACT is developed at the laboratory of Gary Bader (Bader Lab) at The Donnelly Centre for Cellular + Biomolecular Research (CCBR) at The University of Toronto.

The web interface of DV-IMPACT is developed by Alex Crits-Christoph, Johns Hopkins University, as part of Google Summer of Code 2014.
